On March 19, Member of Knesset Meirav Ben-Ari visited Leket Israel’s Ra’anana Logistics Center. MK Ben-Ari expressed admiration for the dozens of volunteers who filled the warehouse, sorting and packing rescued fruits and vegetables for delivery to the needy throughout Israel.

CEO Gidi Kroch told MK Ben-Ari about the Food Donation Act that Leket initiated. The act was granted a preliminary reading in March 2016, and has been stuck in the Justice Ministry since then.
